What is it?
A hazardous waste disposal plant is a facility specifically designed to safely manage and dispose of waste materials that pose a threat to human health and the environment. These plants employ various methods, including recycling, treatment, and secure landfilling, to minimize environmental impact and prevent contamination.
How it Works? with diagram.
Many hazardous wastes are disposed of in secure landfills, which are engineered to prevent contamination of groundwater and soil. These landfills have double liners, leachate collection systems, and groundwater monitoring to ensure safe disposal.
Hazardous waste needs to be treated to reduce its toxicity, volume, or potential for harm before disposal. This can include processes like neutralization, stabilization, or incineration. The company have come up with better solution than above.
The Zero Solid Discharge Machine. In this any kind of waste can be added and disposed off without any need of segregation. The machine takes care of the nature of waste in a continuous manner and makes the waste expose to a very high temperature.
When the waste is exposed at very high temperature in controlled environment, this leads to Pyrolysis of the waste and molecular disintegration of waste starts. This leads to convert any kind of solid waste to fumes which passes through dry and wet scrubber inline to filter out. The traces of particles in filters are negligible as compared to waste input. The filter ensures all the emissions under the norms of Environment Control Agency.
